Overview

Property is rarely just a transaction. Each valuation context — financing, financial reporting, fair value, acquisition, taxation, court testimony — demands a different lens. The constant is methodology: defensible, documented, and aligned with international standards.

Our Registered Valuers cover the full asset spectrum — land and buildings, plant and machinery, plantations, hospitals, hotels, biological assets, specialised industrial — for clients ranging from local SMEs to public-listed corporates and Bursa-listed REITs. Cross-border assignments are coordinated centrally, ensuring uniform methodology across jurisdictions.

Methodology

All valuation work follows RICS Global Standards (Red Book) alongside Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) and, where applicable, International Valuation Standards (IVS) issued by the IVSC. Quality control sits with Group leadership; major assignments are peer-reviewed by a second Registered Valuer before issue.

For specialised assets — plantations, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, plant and machinery — we draw on directors holding IACVS (International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists) accreditation alongside their Malaysian registration. Several of our directors have served as High Court assessors for compulsory land acquisition cases — bringing courtroom-tested judgement to every report.
