Oregeon Awards & Scholarship Program.
At Oregeon, we believe in recognising excellence, nurturing future talent, and supporting the next generation of property and real estate professionals. The Oregeon Awards & Scholarship Program comprises two key initiatives — the Oregeon Awards and the Oregeon Scholarship Program — that together celebrate outstanding achievements and provide meaningful support to promising students pursuing careers in the property and real estate industry.
1. Oregeon Awards
Recognising outstanding students.
The Oregeon Awards recognise students who demonstrate outstanding achievement across academic performance, property and real estate knowledge, research, innovation, leadership, and practical experience.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Oregeon Awards, nominees must:
- Be a currently enrolled student in a recognised Malaysian university or higher education institution.
- Be pursuing a programme related to property, real estate, valuation, estate management, property development, or a related field.
- Meet the specific academic or programme requirements applicable to the respective award category.
- Demonstrate achievements, contributions, or potential relevant to the award category.
- Be in good academic and disciplinary standing at the time of nomination.
- Submit all required supporting documents within the stated application or nomination period.
- Meet any additional criteria specified by Oregeon for the respective award category.
Award-specific considerations
Each award is assessed on criteria relevant to its area:
- Property Student of the Year — Overall academic excellence, achievements, leadership, and potential within the property industry.
- Valuation Excellence Award — Excellence in property valuation studies, technical knowledge, and application of valuation principles.
- Real Estate Research Award — Quality, relevance, originality, and potential impact of research relating to real estate or the property industry.
- Property Innovation & AI Award — Innovative ideas, solutions, or applications of technology and artificial intelligence in the property and real estate sector.
- Leadership & Community Award — Demonstrated leadership, community involvement, teamwork, and positive contributions to society or the university community.
- Outstanding Intern Award — Exceptional performance, professionalism, initiative, and contribution demonstrated during an internship within the property or real estate sector.
2. Oregeon Scholarship Program
Tuition support for one final-year student a year.
The Oregeon Scholarship Program is established to support an outstanding final-year student with strong academic performance, leadership potential, and a clear commitment to building a career in the property and real estate industry. Each year, one outstanding final-year student will be selected to receive a scholarship covering tuition fees of up to RM5,000.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants for the Oregeon Scholarship Program must:
- Be a final-year student enrolled in a recognised Malaysian university or higher education institution.
- Be pursuing a degree or programme related to property, real estate, valuation, estate management, property development, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and maintain good academic standing.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, involvement in university or community activities, or other meaningful contributions.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the property and real estate industry.
- Be able to provide supporting documents requested as part of the scholarship application.
- Meet any additional requirements or conditions specified by Oregeon at the time of application.
Scholarship value
Up to RM5,000 in tuition fee support. The scholarship is awarded to one outstanding final-year student, selected based on academic achievement, leadership, personal qualities, industry potential, and other relevant selection criteria determined by Oregeon.
