Corporate & social responsibility
Beyond the practice.
Three threads define our public commitments — community sport through the Oregeon Tower Run series, professional service via Rotary and High Court assessor roles, and a structured scholarship programme for the next generation of registered valuers.
Community sport
The Oregeon Tower Run series.
Oregeon sponsors a recurring Tower Run race series in partnership with the Malaysia Tower Running Association — vertical sprints up iconic Malaysian towers, open to runners across the country.
Beyond the events themselves, the programme funds Oregeon's partnership with local sports organisations and supports the development of tower-running as a discipline in Malaysia. Official partners include Armani Group, Millennium Welt, Affin Bank, EL Sky Media, and Tribeca.

Professional service
Civic and Court roles.
Rotary Club involvement
Oregeon directors hold active membership and leadership roles in their local Rotary chapters — funding scholarships, community-health initiatives, and youth development across the Klang Valley and beyond.
High Court Assessor appointments
Several Group directors — including Sr Lee Sheau Huey, Sr Kok Chin Yee, and Sr Lee Wen Keat — have been appointed as High Court assessors for compulsory land acquisition cases under the Land Acquisition Act. The role brings independent valuation expertise to court proceedings where land-compensation values are contested.
Industry leadership
Group Managing Director Sr Wong Wen Chet previously served as Chairman of REHDA Youth under the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia, contributing to professional development across the wider property industry.
Talent pipeline
The Oregeon Scholarship.
Becoming a Registered Valuer in Malaysia is a long, structured path — Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or Property Management, supervised practical training, the BOVAEP Test of Professional Competence, and registration. The Oregeon Scholarship makes that path accessible.
