Most market data passes through too many layers of interpretation before it reaches a developer's desk. Our work cuts back to source: registered transactions, primary surveys, on-the-ground rental evidence, occupier interviews. The output is recommendations grounded in observation, not aggregation.
Methodology
Studies are led by senior practitioners who have either authored or peer-reviewed research that has informed Securities Commission submissions, public-listing prospectuses, and corporate development plans.
Quantitative analysis is paired with primary qualitative work — site visits, broker conversations, occupier interviews — to capture market dynamics that data alone misses.
