Sr Wong Wen Chet is a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with extensive experience in valuation, estate agency, property consultancy and development advisory. His professional work covers a broad range of asset classes including land, buildings, industrial facilities, plant and machinery, plantations and commercial properties across Malaysia and abroad.
He has been actively involved in industry leadership and previously served as Chairman of REHDA Youth under the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (REHDA) from 2000 to 2001. He continues to contribute to professional development within the real estate industry.
He is a professional member of RICS, MRISM, MPEPS, MIEA and MMIPPM.
As Group Managing Director of Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, he leads the firm's valuation, consultancy and business development functions, supported by extensive industry experience and hands-on involvement in a wide spectrum of real estate assignments.
