He began his career in 1982 as a valuation technician with Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd. He later joined JS Valuers Property Consultants (Penang) Sdn Bhd as Partner/Director, a position he held from 1996 to 2023, overseeing a wide range of valuation work involving residential, commercial, industrial and development properties.
With extensive hands-on experience and long-standing industry exposure, Sr Tan brings deep technical knowledge and practical expertise to Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd.
