More than two decades of experience in property valuation, covering residential, commercial, industrial and development properties. Her professional background includes long-term roles with established valuation firms, where she progressed from Valuation Executive to Assistant Manager before joining Oregeon.

She began her career in 1998 with Rahim & Co (Pahang), later joining Henry Butcher (M) Selangor S/B and subsequently Rahim & Co International S/B Bandar Baru Klang branch.

Her valuation experience spans loan security, internal management purposes, financial reporting standards, establishment of public-listed entities and submissions to the Securities Commission Malaysia. She has handled a wide range of assignments involving land, buildings and specialised assets across multiple states throughout her career.
