More than 18 years of experience in property valuation and estate agency. His professional work spans residential, commercial, industrial and specialised properties, including purpose-built offices, hotels and resorts, plantations, estates and petrol stations.
He began his career in 2007 as a Valuation Executive with Stocker Robert & Gupta Sdn Bhd and later served with several established valuation firms, gaining extensive experience in corporate valuation, market studies and land acquisition matters. He has previously held Associate Director roles in Nilai Harta Property Consultancy and Transasia Property Consultancy (Penang).
His notable assignments include valuations of office towers in Kuala Lumpur, institutional buildings, industrial complexes, development land and compulsory land acquisition cases.
